How come when I look at a reel through a viewmaster- it's not blurry, but if I try to read something up close - then that's blurry ?

Yes, I understand that well. I now have TRI-focals, thank you very much. The lenses are so thick you can burn paper with them. Jesus save us, St. Lucy pray for us.

Well then Leo, I will let you know when the "pagans" come for us because you won't see them aproaching, and those glasses will come in handy for an on the trail fire starter.

I think that looking through a view-finder fools the eye, and makes your brain think that it is looking at something far away, and not up close -blurry.
Not sure though.
