Definition ; To neither accept, nor decline a friend request from someone on Facebook or Myspace. Used in situations when you don't want to accept someones friend request, but you also don't want to be rude by declining them.
BTW. I will never link to my dictionary source. It's too naughty over there. I always clean up their sentences, but sometimes they can be hysterical. I love pretend /made up words ,but not the wicked or naughty ones.
