My sins are like boomerang darts that have my name on them
 (That's because I made them.)
and when they come back to me it hurts like hell .

My sins  always come back to me and even after I leave them at the confessional. I hear them repeated through my children's mouths or I get to observe someone doing something I once had done only to relive my sorrow and remorse.

Psalm 103:11-12

 11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth,
       so great is his love for those who fear him;
 12 as far as the east is from the west,
       so far has he removed our transgressions from us.

Oh, Belinda.
Every time I go to confession I seem to repeat the same script: the same damn sins caused by my Big Fat Mouth. Do you remember the story of how the angel Gabriel came to Zechariah and told him his wife Elizabeth would bear a child, and Zechariah laughed and said, "Yeah, right...", and Gabriel got ticked and struck him dumb? Boy, sometimes I wish Gabriel would do me the same favor. How much trouble would I be able to get into then?
