We are not defined by the quality of our things.

Thanks for a wintery morning in Appalachia!

I now have a craving for biscuits and gravy.

It's true we're not our things. And after watching 3 hours of Housewives of Orange County and Million Dollar Listing on Bravo! last night, I needed this wonderful film.

Me too Lola, I love a simple life and I love biscuits and sausage gravy.

I thought that this video had undertones of eugenics; you know maybe your too poor to breed but your really not smart enough to know better. I love the children and how happy they were. They had food and they had shoes. If your loved, happy, warm and fed then Stuff really doesn't matter. Happiness really is a state of mind don't you think? Besides I believe affluenza left unchecked damages souls.

Isn't it weird Lola that some would like or dislike you based on what you own?

Oh Belinda, I live in an Uppity neighborhood.

I basically never leave me house.

And, yes more than once I've heard in polite conversation those sort of remarks about who's 'fit' to have children. And, more than abuse, it's a situation of lack of money. I could scream.
