Obama personally implemented the tan tax just to annoy Snookie.

If she were my kid we'd have long... loooong talks about lots of stuff.
Then I'd send her off to Catholic charities to fold  piles and piles of laundry
as an exercise in character building.
She'd hate me too  ;)
